Blairmont Community Centre resuming at their over week first innings at 103 without loss, in response to Police’s 221, lost both openers Romesh Budhram,who resumed at 70 n.o and Berbice opening batsman Karamdat Bissoondial 29 n.o early and were bowled out for 160.
Budhram made 87 and Bissoondial 36.
Bowling for Police off spinner Rocky Hutson took 3 for 31. Police batted again, were bundled out for 120 with Albert Sinclair 37, Jerry Heyliger 32 and Kenroy Henry 23. Bowling for Blairmont Community Centre leg spinner Leslie Amsterdam Jr., took 3 for 15, off spinner Romesh Budhram 3 for 22 and off spinner Karamdat Bissoondial 3 for 29.
Blairmont Community Centre set 182 to win reached 102-2 in 20 overs at the end of the day’s play with Budhram 70 (his second half century of the match) and Nedesh Basdeo 24n.o.
