According to a statement from the Georgetown Public Hospital, the man, 32, of 101 Sideline Dam, East La Penitence, was rushed to the Accident and Emergency Unit at 01:25 hrs at the morning.
He was apparently caught in the act when he received his wounds.
The man was treated and admitted to the Male Surgical Ward.
