I wish to express congratulations to Mr. Stephen Merai, on his new position as Commander for the county of Berbice. I would like to take this opportunity also to call on all Berbicians to be ready for a real ‘house cleaning’, our communities have long awaited this opportunity.
A piece of advice to Mr. Merai, everyone would not appreciate you or maybe even be grateful for your way of executing your job, but I want to assure you that as you endeavour only to serve unreservedly as an honest Commander and citizen of this country, I trust that God almighty would always be your advisor and guide in everything that you do.
