Kord Griffith top scored with 40 while openers Terron Farley and Quacy Mc Pherson scored 25 and 13 respectively.
None of the other batsmen reached double figures.
Loyden Lewis took 3-33, Perreira 3-28 and 13-year-old left arm spinner Kumar Madray 3-43 from four overs.
In reply Rose Hall Town Farfan & Mendes found themselves in trouble at 13-3 with Nicholas Cameron (2), Clifford Wong (4) and skipper Lewis (1) all back in the pavilion by the eighth over with fast bowlers Clinton Marks and Dillon Joseph doing the early damage.
However, the level-headed Perreira found useful support from Jamal Jarvis, Lenny Sanichar and Jamal Brusche to eventually see their team to first innings points.
Perreira made a polished 34, Brusche made 31, Jarvis hit a patient 24 and Sanichar made 15 as Rose Hall Town Farfan and Mendes were dismissed for 125.
Toto Grovesnor took 5-41 off 15.2 overs and Joseph 2-33.
