The government’s Regional Security Contract was awarded to our company as of November 16, 2009. The previous provider of the service is not accepting the decision of the tender board.
Some watchmen/watchwomen, who were untrained, refused to be trained and to accept change in disciplined and management systems.
They are to sign daily time sheets, get alertness supervisory visits and surprise supervisory visits.
It is a requirement that they be fully uniformed by day or night and be proactive.
They must be energetic. Some wish to sign in and go home or sleep on the job.
All ranks who believe they deserve seniority in rank and wages must be able to undergo the training programme and pass the test.
