The Edwin ‘Chow’ Sealey Memorial Schools Football Competition concludes today at the National Gymnasium with the semi-finals and final.
At 1pm, Satish Memorial will oppose Dolphin Secondary in the first match for a place in the final while Lodge Community High School will battle with Tucville Secondary at 13:30hrs in the other semi-final match. The final kicks off at 3pm.
On Monday, in the quarter-final round, Dolphin crushed Xenon Academy 4 – 0 with Randolph Wagner recording a hat-trick.
Terrence Edwards scored the other goal.
Satish Memorial then squeezed past Tucville Secondary 3 – 2 with Kerwayne Benjamin, the leading goal scorer with a brace while Courtney Britton accounted for the other goal.
Pernell Schultz and Alextra Gill were the goal scorers for Tucville.
Led by a hat-trick from Oslin Robinson, Lodge massacred South Ruimveldt 6 – 1 in the other quarter-final match.
Daniel Wilson, Shackillo Brown and Kevin Barrow scored one goal each for Lodge while Witsons Rollings scored the opposition’s lone goal.
