With Guyana’s 40th Republic Anniversary and Mashramani celebrations in the air  local golfers are expected to have a fun-filled day when they compete in the Charlise Adams Mashramani Stableford tournament  on Sunday at the Lusignan Golf Course, East Coast Demerara. The tournament is expected to attract over 40 players who will compete for prizes donated by golf player enthusiast Carlos Adams of Adzer Win-Doors Co. Prizes will be awarded to the top three players with the best net score.

There will also be prizes for the Best Gross and Nearest to the Pin.

The field will include Mohanlall Dinanauth, William Walker, Mike Mangal, Imran Khan, Patrick Prashad, Esau Shamshudin, Albert Semple, Brian Hackett, Boloram Deo, Lester Alvis, Chatterpaul Deo, Mark Lashley, Maurice Solomon, Colin Ming, Ronald Bulkan, Dr. Ram Singh, Alfred Mentore, Mighty Raja, Clifford Reis, Andre Cummings, Christine Sukhram, Joaan Deo, Ian Gouveia, Mike Guyadin, Kassim Khan, Ayube Subhan, Albert Russell and Melissa Humphrey.
