Dear Editor,
Today in the hot midday sun on Sheriff Street, there were three men sitting on a horse-drawn cart. The name ‘BIG G’ was written on its side. The horse was pregnant. Isn’t there some law that can stop humans exploiting these voiceless creatures? Isn’t it time that we outlaw the use of these inhumane means of transportation?
