The event is open to cyclists from Skeldon, Rose Hall Town, New Amsterdam and Region Five only, a release from the organisers stated.
The race, which will be sponsored by Courts Guyana, will see prizes being awarded to the first five finishers.
It starts at 9am.
Meanwhile coach of the club Randolph Roberts recently received a donation towards the event from Courts Branch Manager Stanley Mc Kenzie.
