In a press release the CIOG said in spite of his appointment as the final prophet of Allah, Muhammad never claimed to possess any superhuman qualities and saw his role as a messenger or mediator of Allah in guiding mankind. It said Allah’s guidance is an act of His grace with which he rewards all who desire to be guided and whoever follows him and his way of life understood their purpose and the meaning of their existence.
In the light of this, the CIOG calls on citizens to reflect upon this message contained in the Quran on the occasion of Youm-Un-Nabi, the prophet’s birth anniversary. “By doing so we would be able to transform our lives and attain success in this life and in the hereafter,” the release said.
