Charlestown stabbing death:Police issue wanted bulletin for husband

Police yesterday issued a wanted bulletin for Charles Rollins, called ‘Chuckey’, who reportedly stabbed his wife to death on Monday at Ketley Street, Charlestown.

According to a police bulletin, Rollins, 22, whose last known address is Lot 15 Ketley Street, is of African descent and dark in complexion. Anyone with information that could lead to his arrest is asked to make contact with the police. All information will be treated with strict confidence.

Okema Todd, 20, succumbed to numerous stab wounds outside the Ketley Primary School, bringing an end to the years of abuse she suffered at the hands of the man who fathered her two children.

Investigations have so far revealed that Todd was seen running towards the Ketley Primary School around 1 am shouting for help. The security guard on duty assisted her and she collapsed on the bridge to the school. It was observed that Todd had several stab wounds about her body.

A knife was recovered by the police on the premises where she resided, police reported.
