Guyanese cricketers Deon Ferrier, Elton Baker, Travis Blyden and Mark Monfort all scored half centuries over the weekend as the Trinidad and Tobago two-day national championship league resumed.
In the North zone Aranguez, won the toss and inserted Spoilers who were dismissed for 198 with Monfort making 55.
Ferrier returned figures of 3-44.
In reply, Aranguez reached 219 all out with Monfort, returning with the ball, snaring 7-56 for Spoilers.
Spoilers trailing by 20 runs, were dismissed a second time for 196 with Ferrier taking 3-51. Aranguez, needing 167 for victory on their home turf, reached 167-6 with Ferrier making an unbeaten 60.
Meanwhile, Kellon Carmichael was forced off the field after he sustained a side strain while bowling but he is hoping to recover for the next game against league leaders Mosai.
In the South zone Rousillac United and Woodland played to a draw.
Woodland, batting first, made 254 with Blyden taking 2-29 and Baker 2-81.
The two returned to score 54 and 58 respectively as Rousillac replied with 299.
Woodland, batting a second time eased to 300-7 when the game was called off with Rousillac earning first innings points.
