Guyana’s annual satirical show which opened last month at the National Cultural Centre was held over again this weekend starting last night and concluding tomorrow night. All shows start at 8 pm.
Deemed the satirical show in Guyana , since its inception in 1981, the Link continues to thrill audiences with its subtle messages, bold and daring satire, slap stick pieces, efficient management and great comedy.
Tickets are on sale at National Cultural Centre, Nigel’s Supermarket and Giftland Officemax at $1500, $1000 and $700.
The show is directed by Ron Robinson (the Theatre Company) and produced by Gem Madhoo Nascimento (GEMS Theatre Productions). Its cast includes Henry Rodney, Nazim Hussain, Howard Lorimer, Ajay Baksh, Lavonne George, Simone Dowding, Sherry Ann Dyal, Sonia Yarde, Michael Ignatius, Linden ‘Jumbie’ Jones, Kijana Lewis, Tishondra Innis, Clement Stanford, Quesi Edmondson, Francis Bailey, Raymond Persaud, Paul and Sean Budnah.
