Mark `Jumbie’ Wiltshire spearheaded Mix-Up to victory in the fifth annual Lyall Gittens-organised one-day domino tournament which was held on Sunday at the National Gymnasium.
Mix-Up walked away with $150,000 and the championship trophy after amassing 52 games in the six sittings in the final against Turning Point and Providence Sports Club.
Wiltshire and L. Moore scored 10 games each in the final for the winning team which also comprised D. Braithwaite, G. Stephens, C. Whitehead and G. Mendonca.
Colin Mc Ewan also scored 10 games for the Turning Point team which also included Andrew Rodney, Royston Fung, Sandra Welch, Devon Johnson and Jane Chase.
The Turning Point team ended on 45 games which earned them the runner up cash prize of $100,000.
The Providence Sports Club team scored 44 games and received $50,000.
Among the sponsors were Banks DIH Ltd, Ansa McAl Trading, Western Union, Courts, Sterling Products, Mambo Bar and the Guinness Bar, Durban Street.
