Kashif and Shanghai Kings and Glands Trucking Service Bulls scored easy wins when the Linden Amateur Basketball Association (LABA) Under-21 competition continued Sunday night at the Mackenzie Sports Club Hardcourt.

Sheldon Noel topscored with 14 points while Jermaine Johnson supported with 12 as the Kings defeated New Ballers 61-43 after leading 27-14 at half time.

For New Ballers Colwick Benjamin contributed 16 points and Stravin Etienne 12.

In the second encounter Gland Trucking Service Bulls defeated Wismar Pistons 69-32 after leading41-12 at half time.

Michael Turner scored 17 points and Travis Leitch 12 while Paul Gill with 10 points was the only Pistons player into double figures.

The final set of preliminary games will take place tonight at the same venue with Amelia’s Ward Jets opposing GTS Bulls from 7pm and Wismar Pistons taking on Victory Valley Royals from 9pm.
