The National Park will be closed to the public today to facilitate the hosting of the Caribbean Central Bank Games 2010.

In a press release the National Park Commission said the closure will allow the Bank of Guyana to successfully host the games which will be held from today until Monday.

Central Bank members from eight Caribbean countries are expected to compete in nine indoor and outdoor sports disciplines, at various sport venues within Georgetown.

The Park will resume providing social services tomorrow.
