A 43-year-old Kuru-Kuru, Linden/Soesdyke Highway man was chopped to death at Bamboo Landing, North West District on Good Friday. Police are still hunting for the suspect.

John Francis, a chain-saw operator, was chopped to death by another man after an argument which occurred at about 9pm that day. The suspect, police said in a press release yesterday, dealt Francis several chops about the body almost severing his head. He then fled the NWD location.
