The play, HAP said in a recent press release, was written by Guyanese born Fitzroy Tyrell and deals with domestic abuse and challenges. It highlights the degree to which some men go to control the women in their lives and supports the idea of women taking positive steps to remove themselves from abusive relationships.
Jennifer Thomas, Kijana Lewis, Lynyus Adams and Tashandra Inniss are part of the play’s cast. It is being directed by Sheron Cadogan-Taylor with assistance from George Braithwaite and Lionel Whyte. Darren Mc Almont is the Production Manager while Allison Gittens and Sandy Thompson are working as Stage Managers.
Somebody Gon’ Horn Yuh, according to HAP, deals with issues that are topical and prevalent. These issues have been represented in such a way to bring much laughter to viewers.
