Splashmin Super Stars named a 13-man squad to compete in the feature T20 four-team clash on Saturday at the Splashmin Sport Club ground, on the Soesdyke/Linden Highway.
The two teams will be part of the inaugural Regatta and International Jet Ski Stunt show. The three other competing teams are Strikers XI, D’Edwards XI and Rangers Sport Club.
The first semi-final will commence at 10:00hrs between the Super Stars and Strikers XI, while the second game will be at 13:00h between D’Edwards and Parika Rangers. The championship game will be contested at 7pm under lights.
The winning team will take home $75, 000, while the runners-up will receive $40, 000 and Man-of-the-Match in the final is set to pocket $15, 000. Best batsman and best bowler of the competition will cash in on $10, 000 each.
The Super Stars team: Steve Jowahir (Captain), Jonathan Chattergoon (V/Captain), Nairon Khan, Vicasey Rampersaud, Roopnarine Ramsunder, Harrinauth Pooran, Kevin Lindo, Sikander Baksh, Jermaine McNeil, Amit Rukhram, Avish Rukhram, Richard Jaymes and Omesh Narine.
Meanwhile, the three other sides are yet to select their players.
