Eighty-four students from across the country recently graduated from a course aimed at boosting Islamic knowledge.
In a press release, the Central Islamic Organisation of Guyana (CIOG), said the students graduated from levels one and two of the course, at its second Islamic Correspondence graduation exercise hosted at the MYO complex.
The programme was held under the theme ‘Reaching the unreached’ and required participants to study booklets on various Islamic subjects and participate in related discussions.
