Dear Editor,

I am appealing to citizens to embark on a campaign for a four-year term limit for union leaders, which would clear the way for new leaders with new policies.

I further endorse Mr Sherwood Clarke’s views that if union leaders are not acting in the membership’s best interest the members should take back their unions (‘If union leaders are not acting in the membership’s best interest members should take back their unions’ SN, April 26).
