When Sonia Noel officially launched the new season of Model Search three weeks ago, she also rolled out the other instalments which are being promoted as “bigger, better seasons”.
The competitions have kicked off and the first batch of eliminations of models should have been completed this past week. “Everything is going as planned, we are looking good,” Sonia said recently. She said the programmes have intensified this year with regard to training.
The televised broadcasts of the shows are expected to begin this month on NCN and HJTV and will run for some six weeks. The broadcasts will include coverage of the Designer Portfolio and Stylist competitions, in addition to the new segment on Chefs.
Sonia said the next major event would be on June 27 called, ‘Cutting Style’ where a designer will be paired with a chef to produce an evening of unforgettable style and cuisine. The final of the competitions is slated for July 4.
