Dear Editor,
The tragic death of Kelvin Fraser raises many questions, but the most important one is this: In what manner of police force do police go heavily armed to respond to a call from a school that unarmed youths are misbehaving? The answer is, in the same kind of police force where not so long ago, another youth was brutally tortured. The same kind of police force which for some time now, has behaved without regard for human life. The same kind of police force that ministers instruct us not to criticize.
In the name of Kelvin Fraser let those of us who have remained silent break the silence.
