Speed, spin, slam! At about 10.42 am yesterday a driver, who was allegedly speeding along the East Bank Demerara Highway, slammed into a concrete fence at Houston. He had reportedly lost control of the car (PKK 1224) which did a 360 degree spin before the impact. It left cracks in the fence. The driver has been admitted to the Georgetown Public Hospital and is in a stable condition.
