New appointments: Republic Bank (Guyana) Limited recently made two senior appointments at its Corriverton and Anna Regina branches. In a press release the Bank said it appointed Harry Dass Ghaness manager at Corriverton on May 16. Ghaness joined the Bank on May 16, 1994 and has served in several senior positions across the Bank’s networks. He also served as Officer-in-Charge of the Anna Regina branch. Ghaness holds a Letter of Accomplishment from the Institute of Canadian bankers.Additionally, Guitree Ramsamooj was appointed Officer-in-Charge of the Anna Regina branch on May 9. She previously served at the same branch as Assistant Officer-in-Charge. Ramsamooj started her career at the Bank on August 6, 2001. During her tenure she served in several capacities which prepared her for her new role. She is a certified accounting technician.
