Digicel’s new promotion, ‘Spin N Win’ has been launched and lucky customers will have a chance to spin the Digicel wheel and win up to $50M in cash.
The telecommunications company launched the new game show as part of its summer promotion on Thursday night and customers will have to collect the letters J-A-C-K-P-O-T to win $50,000 or a chance to spin the wheel for more or less cash.
The word J-A-C-K-P-O-T qualifies customers to win $50,000; it is up to the customer if he/she wishes to accept the cash and or spin the Digicel wheel for a chance to win more. But as the company indicated in a press release yesterday, customers spinning the wheel can also walk away with less than the $50,000.
Digicel said customers can start collecting their letters by topping up with $500, $1,000 or $2,000 Spin N’Win flex cards or through the electronic top-up. Letters are automatically stored to the phone if persons top up electronically. Persons can use letters on cards or in their phones combined to spell JACKPOT. In order to keep check on letters received via electronic top up, persons can text SPIN to 1441, Digicel said.
Digicel’s Head of Marketing, Jacqueline James said Digicel is ecstatic about the promotion. “…We never like to disappoint our customers and so we are always thinking of ways to make our promotions even more exiting as each year passes”, she said. James recalled the company’s past summer promotions including the Bimmer Flex promotion last year where customers won cash and two persons walked drove away with BMWs.
Spin N’ Win game shows are set for the end of every month and qualifiers will get a chance to spin the wheel for cash. The competition is divided into two rounds and the stakes get higher with each round. The promotion started yesterday and runs until September.
