Dear Editor,

A few weeks ago, the Agricola Post Office was robbed and to date it has not reopened or communicated when that would be done. Post offices always served a useful purpose in the past and still continue to do so, especially when they are located outside the city. Many senior citizens depend on post offices in their areas for the payment of their benefits, and also for remitting payments to the utility companies to avoid transportation costs and time .

I would appreciate a comment from the Postmaster General.
