Dear Editor,
So Minister Kellawan Lall would be glad if there is a health crisis in Georgetown as it will result in the removal of the city council. Such a crisis would also conceivably have unintended victims including ‘big ones’. What about Ministers? Will any of them be victims? Perhaps the Ministry of Health will launch a vaccination programme and issue certificates of immunisation as appropriate.
