Dear Editor,

This has got to be the worst management or an attempt to manage traffic that I have seen in my entire life and that would include all the countries I have lived in and visited in my life (the list is quite long). If you were one of those unfortunate persons on the streets of Georgetown on Monday night, it would have been enough to drive you crazy, as if we don’t have enough to deal with on a daily basis. The person or persons who were responsible for all this madness need to donate their brain to scientists in order for it to be studied. Something of this magnitude is really baffling to one’s mind.
