Rohan Sarjoo was reelected president of the East Bank Demerara Cricket Association (EBDCA) on Wednesday evening when the association held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Providence ground.
The former national Under19 cricketer was returned to the post unopposed and will run another term which is scheduled to end in 2011.
He will, however, have a number of new office bearers at his disposal.
Johnny Azeeze though has retained his position as the first vice-president while John Trim joined him as the second vice-president.
Satanand Gopie is the new secretary replacing Troy Bandhoo while Delroy Williams will be his assistant.
The new treasurer is Anand Kalamadeen who replaces Nigel Bishu with Sharon Williams as his assistant.
Sandy Alufami and Ramsey Ali retained their posts as chairman of the competition committee and marketing manager respectively while Junior Williams has replaced Rudi Jairam as Public Relation Officer (PRO).
The five committee members elected were Ronald Jaisingh, Mukesh Dass, Deonarine Debydial, Dave Singh and Mohamed Baksh.
The two trustees elected were Shawn Richmond and Chris Kanhai.
The first statutory meeting is set for September 7 at the same venue.
