The Guyana Hindu Dharmic Sabha will be hosting the Lil Champs of India at a grand show to be held at the Starlite, East Coast Demerara tomorrow.
Previously, the show had been planned for May, but was later cancelled. The young singers, Hemant, Shreyas and Yatharth, will perform alongside little Bak Bak Machine, Afsha Musani accompanied by musicians from India. The Dharmic Nritya Sangh, dance troupe of the Guyana Hindu Dharmic will also perform.
A press release from the Dharmic Sabha called the first cancellation unfortunate, saying that the organization had been making every effort to bring the artistes to Guyana within the shortest possible time. The date was recently confirmed with ZEETV and all arrangements are now in place, the release added.
Tickets for the show are $3000 and $1500 and are on sale at Bhagwan’s, Water Street; Harrinarine’s, Regent Street; The Dharmic Kendra, Prashad Nagar; and the Murti Shop, West Coast Demerara. The organization said patrons can expect lots to eat and drink, games for the children and strictly no alcohol allowed. The show starts at 7 pm.
