Windell Simmons, 38, of 497 East Ruimveldt and Colin Primo, 42, of 352 East Ruimveldt Housing Scheme, both vendors, are alleged to have broken and entered the Ruimveldt Life Improvement Centre Assembly of God and stolen equipment valued at $1,061,000, property of the centre.

The men were both represented by attorney Paul Fung-a-Fat who in his bail application said that no caution statement was taken and the men were not found on the premises nor were they found with the items.

Police Prosecutor Stephen Telford told the court that he had no address for the men and had no objections to bail.

Bail was then granted and the matter put down for September 29.
