Dear Editor,
On behalf of all participants in the sewing workshop held at Kurukabaru in Region 8, I personally would like to say thank you very much to Mr Mangal. He is a well-known tailor/instructor working in all the different regions, and we thank him for sharing his knowledge so that we too can be tailors and seamstresses in our communities.
We know that he gave the full knowledge that was within him. The sewing groups highly appreciated his great work during the past four weeks, and he will always be remembered while we work together in our community. But we know that he will be back in the future, and we will be looking out for him.
Once again, congratulations from all participants in the different sewing groups in the North Pakaraimas and especially Kurukabaru, and we thank him for sharing his kindness, gentleness and generosity towards our community.
Also many thanks to our Catholic Priest Fr Poulose Vellakada, SJ for organizing this successful workshop in Kurukabaru, and we Amerindians are requesting that our tutor Mr Mangal give his great skills in all 18 Pakaraimas communities once again as before.
