Dexter Marshall, the brother of Steve Jupiter, was yesterday charged with murdering Mark Caesar also known as `Lil Mark.
Caesar was gunned down on October 1 in Charlestown. Jupiter was one of five persons murdered in an attack in Cummings Lodge in September. The police have come under heavy pressure to solve these murders.
