Jervorny Richards, 31, of Bendals who was arrested over the weekend is now jointly charged with 25-year-old Lasana Anthony Riley, called Tony, of Hatton for the shooting to death of George, according to the Antigua Observer.

Richards was expected to appear at the St. John’s Magistrates’ Court yesterday and Riley was charged last Wednesday and appeared before the same court on Friday.

Magistrate Joan Fung has since remanded Riley to prison. The man will be further remanded every 7 days until his committal which is expected to be scheduled for next year. The court has no jurisdiction to grant Riley bail and the man was not represented by an attorney during his court appearance.
