Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton granted a man accused of armed robbery $150,000 bail when he yesterday appeared in the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court to answer the charges.
It is alleged that on August 17, at Georgetown, being armed with a gun, Obina Hendricks robbed Odessa Lancaster of one piece of gold jewellery and a quantity of cash valued $99,000.
Hendricks pleaded not guilty to the charge of robbery under arms when the magistrate read it to him.
He was ordered to appear in court on November 9 for statements.
