Sherwayne Brandt, the Norton Street man who was stabbed multiple times on Friday, is “coming around” according to relatives.
Relatives of the man said on Saturday that he was “doing okay”; he remains a patient at the High Dependency Unit of the hospital. The circumstances surrounding the stabbing are sketchy and relatives declined to say anything.
This newspaper was told that Brandt was stabbed during a row with a relative; initial reports had indicated that it was his father-in-law but the information was incorrect.
