Another intriguing day of golf is anticipated when the annual Grand Coastal Hotel Medal Play tournament is played off on Saturday at the Lusignan Golf Club.
With the greens and the fairway in perfect shape the competitors will savour the conditions.
The battle will be intense for several attractive prizes up for grabs.
The Dinanauth brothers, Mohanlall and Deoram will be looking to maintain their form following their successes in two recent competitions.
Also on show will be the reigning Guyana Open champion Avinash Persaud, and the inform William Walker, Rita Heikens and Avinda Kishore.
The line up will also include Christine Sukhram, Alfred Mentore, Patrick Prashad, Mike Gayadin, Imran Khan, Mike Mangal, Carlos Adams, Colin Ming, Ian Gouveia, Mark Lashley, Clifford Reis, Andre Cummings, Brian Hackett, Muntaz Hanif, Munaff Arjune, Maurice Solomon, Jorge Medina, Dr. Ram Singh, Jerome Khan, Ronald Bulkan, Joann Deo, Chatterpaul Deo, Gavin Todd, Francois Montour, Hilbert Shields, Albert Russell, Esau Shamshudin and Troy Codogan.
Patrick Prahad, Club Captain disclosed that there will be a shot gun start at 12:30 but the players will assemble at 12:15 for the usual briefing.
Prizes will be awarded to the first, second and third place finishers with the best net scores.
There will also be a prize for Nearest to the Pin.
Prizes will include trophies and gift vouchers including dinners, beverages and stay-over at the Hotel.
The presentation ceremony and cocktail will take place Saturday evening at Grand Coastal Hotel at Le Ressouvenir, East Coast Demerara starting at 18:30 hours.
