Dear Editor,
I am preparing to live in a dark world because I cannot to travel to Georgetown every three months and pay four thousand dollars to get a prescription for eye drops it is penny wise and pound foolish, and there is no eye specialist here in Christianburg. I have decided to forget my thirty years of contributions to NIS, and as for those promises that were made, promises were made to be broken.
If it was every six months I had to travel, that would have been more reasonable; but every three months – no way. The minimum cost of that trip to Georgetown is eight thousand dollars.
Yours faithfully
Eric Campbell
