Shoreham Resources Ltd of Canada today announced that it has contracted Ground Structures Engineering Consultants Inc.to provide diamond drilling services on its 10,427 acre Sardine Hill Property in Guyana, with significant focus on the Mariwa River Target. A Newswire release said that commencing in late November the contract allows for a minimum of three thousand meters of HQ and/ or NQ diamond drillholes with depths from 100 to 200 meters. The release said that GSEC’s initial work will be dedicated to the saprolite and shallow bedrock mineralized zones in the Mariwa River anomaly in the northwest sector of the Property, but the Shoreham plans additional systematic drilling to test other geophysical and geochemical targets within the Property. Mobilization of equipment for road and trail upkeep, and drill site preparations are set for mid November, 2010, the release said.
