Adrian McKenzie, the man accused of hammering his mother to death at their Sand Creek, Rupununi home on November 16 was this morning remanded to prison after appearing before Acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine- Beharry.
According to reports, the man armed himself with a hammer and was allegedly about to attack his grandfather when Ethel Andrews tried to intervene and was hammered to the head.
