Remembering Sheema Remembering Sheema: After the old one was stolen, relatives, with permission from the Mayor and City Council, yesterday erected a new cross in memory of Sheema Mangar (inset) at the Camp Street and North Road location where she lost her life.  Sheema succumbed to injuries in September hours after she was hit and dragged by a car as she tried to stop one of the occupants who had seconds before snatched her cellular phone. From left yesterday are her father Lalbachan Mangar, her brother Jason Mangar and her mother Radica Thakoor.
