An armed robbery charge amounting to $1.4M against Tyrone Rowe called ‘Cobra’ was withdrawn and he was jointly charged with two other men.
Among a slew of charges, Rowe was accused of robbing Troy Collins of $1.4M in items. He was charged alone for the offence in November. The charge was however withdrawn and a joint charge reinstituted.
