Cabinet has approved a $35.18M contract for the construction of a market tarmac at Plaisance, East Coast Demerara.
Cabinet Secretary and Head of the Presidential Secretariat Dr. Roger Luncheon announced the project at his weekly press briefing, along with approval for a $57.2M contract for the procurement of primary and secondary levels textbooks for 2010 and approval of a $24.59M contract for the asphaltic overlay of internal roads and car park at the National Park.
