The story recounted here has to be but a synopsis, a mere snapshot of a ninety-year old life well lived. That life has epitomised Guyanese perseverance, creativity and versatility, as much as it has been a testimony both to personal achievement and service to country.
The objective here is to allow today’s generation of Guyanese an inspirational peep into a life which enlivened the days and nights of their older counterparts, beginning in the forties and fifties.
