The saga of the Dr Noel Blackman birthday anniversary seven-a-side football tournament is set to end tonight at the Georgetown Football Club (GFC) ground.
The tournament has been repeatedly postponed for a variety of reasons but organizer of the tournament Lennox Arthur yesterday assured that the tournament will conclude this evening.
