Gittens Promotion in collaboration with Next Level Domino team opens the 2011 season with the hosting of a 12-team Domino Competition which starts today at the Guinness Bar, Durban Street.
Double-six time is 1pm sharp where the teams will battle for an attractive first prize.
The teams involved are: TNT – the top team in the country, Next Level, Rage, Wild Bunch, Strikers, Mambo Bar, F&H, Turning-Point, Mo-Fre, Beacon, Trouble Shooters, Blue Birds, FIB, Ministry of Health and the Guyana Police Force.
Also taking place today is the final of the Banks DIH sponsored Light Beer Domino Competition which commenced in 2010.
The teams battling for top honours in the final are Next Level, Strikers, F&H and Specialist.
Meanwhile, their will be a side attraction of take-a-way Barbeque fish, pork and chicken on sale which costs $800.
