Two persons were this afternoon critically injured following a two-vehicle collision on the Mabura trail.
The accident occurred sometime after 2pm, when the driver of a Toyota Hilux pick-up, which was heading to Linden, lost control of the vehicle in the vicinity of 58 Miles, Mabura trail and the vehicle subsequently collided with a car which was heading in the opposite direction.
Both vehicles reportedly careened into a ravine along the road and reports are that the driver and the lone passenger in the car sustained severe injuries while the occupants of the pick-up escaped with minor injuries.
The injured were later rushed to the Linden Hospital Complex.
