The Guyana Amateur Powerlifting Federation (GAPF) has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for February 6 at the Critchlow Labour College venue.
According to a GAPF release, the AGM will commence promptly at 11am and “all athletes and referees are reminded that attendance is essential for registration for the coming year and eligibility for selection for international events in 2011.”
According to the agenda, the AGM begins with the roll call of clubs and delegates, certification of athletes and referees, followed by the GAPF president’s address, minutes of the last AGM, treasurer’s report, auditor’s report, general secretary’s report, elections and proposals.
