(BBC) Health officials in the Dominican Republic say contaminated lobster has given cholera to dozens of guests who attended a lavish wedding.
Close to 500 guests had flown in from Venezuela.
The health minister in Caracas says that 37 of them have tested positive for cholera, including a Dominican businessman.
The minister said four guests from Madrid, Mexico and Boston also have the disease.
